Dave Kennedy, Director of Custom Micros has worked in the IT industry since the early 90s and set up Custom Micros with a vision of providing an IT service that simplifies the process for anyone wanting a no-nonsense solution to their IT needs and problems. As a result, this is the ethos running through our business. Our customers just want to know ‘it works’ not ‘how it works’!
Custom Micros has grown in reputation through recommendation and referral since the early days. Whilst we tend to specialise in small business support, the scale and breadth of the clients we work with has evolved over the years. At one end of the scale we might be setting up a small business with a domain name plus Office 365 software, and at the other end servicing a £50m global business with multiple UK and overseas locations.
We work across many business sectors and our clients include individuals, sole traders, schools, hotels and multi-site operations. Providing services from our base near Wakefield, West Yorkshire, but we can, and do, travel further afield.
