We have provided solutions to companies requiring multi- site capability, an example of this is a client that provides Forensic Medical Clinicians to the Police.
We created a purpose built call centre for them with call recording capability and data servers. We then rolled out these services to over 40 of their custody suites throughout the UK. The services included Leased line, ADSL, ISDN telephony and Call Centre Management systems with remote control of the on-site systems.
